  9. Rub cocoa butter on your tummy, thighs and breasts daily to help avoid or minimize stretch marks.
  10. Get plenty of sleep and avoid sitting and standing for long periods to ensure proper blood circulation.
  11. Sleep on your left side to improve baby’s blood flow with pillows supporting your back and stomach.
  12. Educate yourself by reading up on pregnancy and parenting whenever you can.
  13. Brush and floss twice daily to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
  14. Keep track of your nutrition and body’s changes in a pregnancy journal (don’t forget to take pictures every month!).
  15. Drink 6 glasses of water a day.
  16. Use natural, non-medicinal ways to sure nausea, heartburn and constipation.
